All our beef is sourced from cows that
have led a natural life in Norfolk pastures,
all locally sourced.
Norfolk Organic* Brisket, locally reared in mixed grass pastures.
Brisket comes from the lower chest of the cow, a weight supporting muscle group that’s very high in collagen content. Some subtle marbing throughout the point section and a tasty fat cap on the flat section.
Hung for a minimum of 28 days.
